Cancellations:

FOUR (4) WEEKS NOTICE must be given, otherwise deposit(s) will be forfeited. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 in peak holiday periods of Christmas & Easter. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $20.00 for any other time throughout the year.

Check-In:

Check in time is after 1.00pm unless previously arranged with Sunseeker Management

Late Arrival:

Please advise if you cannot arrive on the date booked. The deposit will secure your Unit(s) for one night only. Failure to contact or arrive after the first night will result in the Unit(s) being re-let and the deposit forfeited.

Early Departure and/or Late Arrival:

Regrettably, refunds cannot be made for early departure/late arrival.

Payment:

All major credit cards accepted. Payment by Cash is appreciated. Cheques by prior arrangement.
